mismatch in date of baord meeting

27 January 2010 there a was an inadvertent mistake while noting the date of board meeting in compliance certificate. what is the remedy and how big is the mistake.

27 January 2010 Hi,

I do not think there is any recognised remedy and it is not a huge mistake and just a typing error. So no need to worry.

However plz wait for other expert opinion.
