The basic requirement for ANY pvt ltd company is to have minimum paid up capital of Rs.1 Lakh.So authorized capital also should be Minimum of Rs. 1 Lakh

For some companies based on the name they have chosen this requirement will be changed.For reference check circular F. No. 27/1/87 dated 13-3-1989
