What is the minimum paid up or authorised capital for Real estate pvt companies?

Dear harkanwal singh,
The basic requirement for ANY pvt ltd company is to have minimum paid up capital of Rs.1 Lakh.So authorized capital also should be Minimum of Rs. 1 Lakh
For some companies based on the name they have chosen this requirement will be changed.For reference check circular F. No. 27/1/87 dated 13-3-1989
