In case of conversation of pvt. Co. Into public co. Or vice versa , articles and memorandum ( name clause) is altered.? So mgt -14 for alterat in articles is fo b filed within 15 days and that for.moa within 30 days .
SO IT MEANS THAT TWO SEPARATE MGT-14 IS FILED TO GIVE EFFECT TO THE CONVERSION.?

Seems, practically, two filing is required, because for MOA change duration counts
from passing of resolution, whereas for AOA change it counts from order of the
Tribunal.

and also for registration for articles alterations as approvede in general meeting , it is required to be filed in mgt 14 within 15 days of passing s.r. . So two mgt -14 is filed in case of conversion or just one mgt 14 for memorandum alterations and for articles along with inc-27 ?
