They required medical fitness certificate before appointment.
KIndly give information regarding Detailed Procedure to obtain the same.

11 August 2011 Based on company the procedure will differ. some company recommend the doctor and get the certificate and some you can collect outside from register medical practicenor

13 August 2011 then you meet Govt hospital doctors and request the fitness certificate, he will take some tests and give the certificate, you can approach some govt forms selling shops for the certificate format also
