21 February 2012 whether the expenses incurred by an employees towards medical of himself or his family can be allowed as deduction under any section ???????????? kindly reply

21 February 2012 In case these are met by employee himself and are in the routine ailment, such expenditure is not allowable.
.
However, if he produces the bill before his employer, and employer reimburses the amount , up to Rs. 15000/- of such reimbursement , no tax is levied.

In case of disabled persons, IT Act provides certain benefits. But I do not think it's relevant in your case.
