aN ASSESSEE WHO IS A PENSIONER FROM STATE GOVERNMENT. hE INCURS RS.175000 DURING THE YEAR FOR THE MEDICAL TREATMENT OF HIS MOTHER WHO SUFFERED INJURED DUE TO A FIRE ACCIDENT.
I want to know such expenditure is deductible under income tax in his pension receipts in order to save income tax
