For Income tax purpose medical reimbursement Rs.15000/- is allowed. for that is original copy of Bills or xerox is required for claiming deduction and secondly for this F.Y 2010-2011 is last year Bills allowed as deduction pls explain.

First : Original bills are required
Second : Bills can be claimed in the same FY as it amounts to a valid business expenditure for the employer, who can not claim it so, if it pertains to earlier FY.

I can't get your second reply whether it is valid for claiming in Current F.Y 2010-2011 medical bills pertaining to last F.Y 2009-10.

Bills related to FY-2009-10 cannot be claimed in FY-2010-11

in the year 2010-11, you can claim the bills which are pertaining to only 2010-11
