Had filed form 32 wrt appointment of whole time company secretary of a company but due to misinterpretation of facts the date of appoinment had been filled incorrect (18.10.12). In order to correct it the form for cessation was filed and form 32 with correct date was again filed (18.10.11). The form was approved but the data has not been uploaded on public documents of mca website

On approval of forms signatory details automatically updates.... Please check whether the form has been taken on record or not. Form 32 is being taken on record on STP mode so it should be corrected.
