31 March 2012 I had received a message as Amendment for A/C may regarding the revised Advance Rates.Secured15% Unsec 25%, Unse Infra 20%, Doubtful 1-25%,1-3 -40% are these applicable for May 12 final exam are these NPA provisions

11 May 2012 These are not correct. The correct rates are as under:

FOR NBFC:

Standard Assets - 0.25%
Sub-standard Assets - 10%
Secured portion of doubtful debts:
- Upto one year - 20%
- 1 year to 3 years - 30%
- more than 3 years - 50%
Unsecured portion of doubtful debts - 100%
Loss Assets - 100%
