What is maximum limit for employee Remuneration either annualy or part thereof for the purposes of Disclouser in Director,s Report in case of Private or Public Limited Companaies as per Amended Comapanies Act/Rules Made thereunder.

Rs. 60 lakhs per annum or Rs. 5 lacs per month.
