03 October 2015 Dear sir,
My client not a excise registered dealer
but he would like to receive the excise material from Karnataka for job work
then after completing the job work, material returned to the concerned party,
what is the procedure to be followed

03 October 2015 No excise duty is payable by job worker provided the material is sent under the provisions of cenvat or as per Notification No.214/86.
