Dear all,
if in the in books of a/c i had Profit during the year,
but now after set-off unabsorbed depreciation there is balance in unabsorbed Depreciation
my query is if in next year, i have profit whether i can claim balance unabsorbed Depreciation or not

Under MAT The Loss Carried Forward Will be Allowed as:-
Lower of
Unabsorbed Depreciation
Business Loss
In Your Case, Business Los is NIL, So You Will not Get Unabsorbed Depreciation Credit in Next Year
