What are the Conditions of Profit to pay Managerial Remuneration in a Pvt. Ltd. Company?

No condition on payment of managerial remuneration in a Pvt Ltd company as per Companies Act.

Strict provisions for remuneration are not applicable to a private company. So you are free to give any remuneration to your director subject to the provisions of your articles.
