12 November 2010 Under the category " Manpower Recruitment Services " Service tax is to be charges on Gross Amount Billed i.e. Salary, PF, ESIC, PT, any other reimbursable expenses & Service Charges or only on the Service Charges excluding Reimbursements of Expenses ??
Can somebody help me in this issue ?

12 November 2010 Service tax should be charged on service provided. you can reimburse PF ESI PT, but no service tax on it.
