28 April 2017 An Indian company has its head office in Germany.The ERP system which the Indian company uses is being implemented in its head office in Germany.So henceforth the Indian company's erp will be kept in german server.Are there any rules which the Indian company has to comply before hosting its erp in german server.Is there any permission which it needs to get from Ministry of Electronics and Telecommunication.Please share the rules regarding the procedure for the same.

28 April 2017 Indian companies erp can be kept in head office server in Germany. Permission might have been taken by your network providers, you need not take any permission separately.
