I do not find any information in Draft GST Bill that we have to apply for for MAIN items for registration.
I suggest you tho go through the complete commodity code list and choose the items in which you are dealing.
But Since while enrolling in the GST, user is being asked to fill upto 5 code, then you can select the below:
1) 39262000 Articles of apparel and clothing accessories (including gloves,mittens and mitts)
2) 40150000 Articles of apparel and clothing accessories (including gloves, mittens and mitts for all purposes, of vulcanized rubber other than hard rubber
3) 61110000 Babies garments and clothing accessories, knitted or crocheted
4)62100000 Garments, made up of fabrics of heading 5602 00 00, 5603 00 00, 5903 00
00, 5906 00 00 or 5907 00 00

5) 63071000 Floor-cloths, dish-cloths, dusters and similar cleaning cloths:

However, actual code can be decided by you or your GST consultant in a better way.
