01 December 2010 As a employer what document should be collected from a employee for getting exemption in income tax.
Further some time LTC amount is very high in that case how an employee get rebate in income tax
Please suggest us.

LTC during block 2 trips can be claimed , amount is not matter whether high or low we can get exemption subject to rules
