As per IT Act, LTA Can be claimed for 2 occassion in a block of four calander year for exemption.
Query is can one calime LTA for 2 occassion in same Financial year ( 2010-11) once in 2010( April to December) and other 2011( January to March) and can avail exemption for both occasion in PY 2010-11 (AY 2011-12).

No. this leads to duplicate claim, act is allowing actual claims only, not for the same claim in different Fiancial years

Not same claim but diffrent claim and for two distinct travel supported by doucments

Sorry, I understood mistakenly, Limit is for Block only not for financial year. you can claim
