ALSO EMPLOYEE PROVIDE US LTA BILL YEARLY
CAN EMPLYEE GET EXEPTION UNDER LTA

07 August 2010 You can provide monthly, but as per the act, the LTA can be claimed 2 trips in a single block, so if the employee not provide the bills in the year end the same financial year need to be taxed since the salary income need to taxed receipt or accrual which ever is earlier
