whether long term capital loss on mutual fund can be carried forward?????

STT Paid...Its exempt income. So LTCL can not be carried forward.

Further to what Mr. Sanjay has said, If STT has not been paid the LTCL can be adjusted against taxable LTCG & the balance (if any) can be carried forward to the next year.
