i had invested in icici bond three years before for rs.10000/-
now bonds have been matured and value is rs.18000/-
whether long term capital gain on bonds is taxable or not?
if yes
then indexation is applicable or not ?

Yes, LTCG will be taxable and benefit of indexation will not be available.
