A PERSON LEND RS MORE THAN 5 CRORE TO RELATIVE.BUT NOT PAID INTEREST....PLS PROVIDE CONSEQUANCES

if loan given in cash then sec 269SS will be applicable and penalty is amount given as loan in cash.
