If a Pvt Ltd Co. wants to give loan to it's M.D.is there a bar under Sec 185 of the New Companies At 2013.or whether this sec applicable to Pvt Ltd Co?

Section 185 applies to pvt ltd company as well.
So a pvt ltd company can't give loan to its MD except in those situations covered in the proviso (a) and (b) of the said section.
