03 December 2013 Sarita devi a lady provides on rent jcb for excavation . She has to take a mortgage loan of 25 lakh . For A.Y.2012-13 & 13-14 .SHE has filed online return timely but didnt sent to cpc bangalore so in efiling site the status showing is return uploaded. She didnt send becoz of fear of service tax obligation that may be imposed .we have to prepare document for mortgage loan of Rs. 25/- lakhs. since the time period of signing and sending the return to cpc has lapsed in both a.y and return without being processed has no value
How shall I deal with it. does bank cross check if return is processed .

03 December 2013 FIRST OF ALL THE DATA HAS BEEN UPLOADED ON INCOME TAX SITE SO THEY HAVE GOT THE DETAILS THERE IS NO CONNECTION BETWEEN FILLING OF INCOME TAX RETURN ANS FEAR OF SERVICE TAX

NOW DUE TO NON POSTING OF ACK. TO CPC THE RETURN FILLING PROCEDURE IS INCOMPLETE.

AND WHEN U WILL COMPLETE THE DOCUMENTATION THE BANK WILL ACK FOR ACK. RECEIPT FROM CPC(HAPPENED IN OUR CASE).
