Loan defaulter

19 February 2015 My father has taken a business loan 7 years ago; he paid 7 EMI's but after that he failed due to loss in business and also for his illness. He does not have any property and now he has not any source of income. The loan has file a case against him. Now I want to know what may the outcome of the case. Does my father has to go jail or does they will excuse. Please let me know, please .
