An LLP has initial obligation of contribution Rs. 10,00,000/- However during the year the partners have contributed capital more than Rs. 10,00,000/- What formalities need to complied with when the contribution increases??

just keep the contribution as 10 lakhs, and transfer the rest of the money in unsecured loan account.
