Llp clause

I want to register llp of my client they are total five partner , out of these 5 , one partner will give 15 lakhs Rs. to llp but will not take active part in business so other partners decided that they will admit that 5th partner for capital purpose only and they do not want to give any other rights to that 5th partner, once his capital is repaid they will remove him from llp.
Will such clause valid in llp deed?
Please suggest alternative?

The partnership can be for a specific purpose and such clause can be included in the partnership deed.
