Is there any difference between Listed public ltd companies which shares are traded on stock exchange & the company which is not a private company but ltd company which shares are not listed on stock exchange??? Is there any benefit to ltd company which is not a pvt ltd nor its shares are traded on stock exchange means Closely held Company?? Expert please help

On Listed Companies SEBI Guidelines are Applicable, While on Non Listed Its Not.
Other Than, Some Criteria Applicable on Listed companies Directly in Companies Act.
Like XBRL, Intenal Audit, CARo etc
