Sir ,When a company was trading in unrecognized stock exchange , is it a listed company ??Or there is any mandatory rule that it must trade in recognized stock exchange ??

No. As per Section 2(52) of the Companies Act, 2013 (52) “listed company” means a company which has any of its securities listed on any recognised stock exchange
