27 May 2011 If a company is registered already and collected tax & filed returns under the act for the past 5 years even when the total services provided does not exceed the limit of Rs. 10 lakhs every year.
Can they claim an exemption during the year as turnover does not exceed the limit of Rs.10 lakhs??
