my client have a commission agent, comission recd from ltd co ( ltd co is a joint venture ship e.g. sahara india, gn dairy etc. )deposit by client is under a/c FD, RD etc.
in this situation why liabily of service tax arise or not please explain

For interest earned on FD what services you have provided to the company? If yes then your answer is in yeas and if no then your answer is no.
