Sir we(Pvt Ltd) had received services from someone against which we received a invoice without application of service tax in it.
Now, My query is do we have any service tax liability as a pvt ltd.

Being a company you are liable for service tax under reverse charge mechanism. It depends on nature of service and category of service provider and service receiver.
