suppose, a dealer registered in noida under vat purchased marble from a dealer in gurgaon..dealer in gurgaon will charge cst or vat in his bill??

if the dealer has to purchase from other state
both needs to register under CST
and if the dealer in gurgaon charges VAT then dealer of Noida will not be eligible for the credit will pay higher amount for VAT
