i have receive a notice u/s 154 for short dedution of tds please give a letter format for reply this notice.

there is no standard format of replies to Tax authorities.
Do not afraid of replying to such notice, at first place. You need to put forward your justifications to defend your doings in the settled manner so that ITO does not feel offended with your reply.
Refer some old replies sent from your offices.
if you are not sure wat to reply then probably draft a reply and get checked by your seniors.
Don't look for spoon feeding stand on your own feet. hope this will help.
