Dear,
I want to know my annual income is less than 180000 P.A. but TDS deducted on my commission income how to refund it.
1) I have to file income tax return or not
2) Once I filled income tax return then every year i have to file return is mandatory or not

You will have to file Income Tax return to claim refund of TDS. refund is not granted automatically.
It is not necessary to file income tax return every year. You have to file the return only if your income exceeds the exemption limit or you have a refund claim.

Some one told me that I have to filed below income tax return for every year to maintain PAN registration with Income-tax department
Whether income is exceed limit or not &
TDS/TCS claim receivable or not as per your guideline no need to do pls help me out once more........

Dear GK,
For maintaining PAN registration it is not at all mandatory to file income tax return annually.You are only required to file the same if your Income exceeds Basic Exemption Limit.
Further for claiming refund of TDS you have to file return,irrespective of the fact that your Income exceeds or not, the basic exemption limit.
