Whether Service Tax is chargeable on Fabrication work/Job work Bill (not meant for govt work of any form) as per negative list approach w.e.f.1.7.2012?

Fabrication work normally involves both supply and material and labour work. It will fall within the definition of works contract. Accordingly, reverse charge will be applicablee.
