Dear Experts, Please guide.... I have my CA Final attempt in May 2015. Should I study Companies Act 1956 or 2013.Should I start my classes in this batch or next batch?

Agree with learned experts. Please start preparation of law paper only after September 2014. ICAI has come with notification in this regard which may be seen from BOS Announcement from link given at the top.
