You need to submit form 112 within 1 month. After that you will have to apply for Condonation of delay with fees.
for 30 days delay Rs 100
From 31 to 180 days delay Rs 300
For delay of 181 days or more Rs 1000

For delay of 181 days or more Rs 1000
