Late filing of TDS return

I have file 3rd quarter TDS return on 03rd February 2011. But TDS paid on 6th January 2011. Can I give form 16 A on dated 30th January 2011. Pls help me urgently.

No. Date of issue of TDS certificate should be on or after the date of filing of TDS return.
