Late filing of return to roc

19 January 2015 Sir,I have a client Company, the Client didn't filed the returns to ROC since 2001.

1.Whether it is possible to file the returns with ROC?
2.If so what is the fee to be payable whether as per companies act 1956 or companies act 2013?

3.what are the forms to be taken to file the return whether as per companies act 1956 or companies act 2013?

Please advice us.

20 January 2015 the company has to suffer from huge amount of fees for a single form as CLSS scheme is also ended on 31/12/2014. the company has to pay 10 times penalty for every single form till 2013

20 January 2015 what is the paid up capital of the company? so i will tell you how many forms are required to be file?

20 January 2015 Please first check the status of the company as per MCA master records. It could be struck off. In that case, no return can be submitted until a court order is obtained. In any case, it would incur significant amount of fees and penalties.
