Dear sir,
Can I File the Itr-1 for the AY 2013-14 after 31-03-2014. TDS already deducted by the Employer. May i get any penalty for late filing of ITR-1.

You can file ITR of AY 2013-14 up till 31-03-2015.
No, there will be no penalty.

no you can not file return after 31.3.2014 of a y 2013-14 .
if your income is below taxable then you can file the return.
