BT I M LITTLE CONFUSED AS FORM 108 SHALL BE SENT TO KANPUR
AND DD SHALL BE MADE IN NAME OF CHENNAI
In your case you may take DD payable at KANPUR
The Secretary, ICAI, payable at Kanpur.
