Whats the last date to hold a AGM if company got incorporated in 22/08/2014 & closed its books on 31/03/2015?

As per provisions of Section 96(1) , the 1st AGM shall be held within a period of 9 months from the date of closing of the 1st financial year
Thus in current scenario , Last date to hold AGM would be December 31,2015
Thus in current scenario , Last date to hold AGM would be December 31,2015
