For a regular user, whether it is good to hibernate laptop everday after the last use, or it should do properly shut down everday after the last use?
Please advise me.

09 June 2012 Hibernate if you use it a lot..!! You wont have to shut it down every now and then!!

10 June 2012 Invoke "auto hibernate" feature & set the same to a specific time say 10/30 mins of inactivity - this shall auto shut off at the desired time.

12 June 2012 Parth, Hibernating does not affect the laptop in any way. Am using the same for over a year & have not faced any issues yet.
