05 February 2016 An Individual Is worked on the basis of labour contractor (with the use of suing materials)
He engaged in the labour contract of making dress material by hiring the labour, the labourers are making dress material for them in employee and empoyer relationship!!!
Whether the Service tax will be applicable on this service in which service is provide by way of making dress material?????? his gross receipts during the year is 14 lac

Please do the needful ASAP.
