Our Company is providing Labour contract, i.e company is providing all materials and the contractor will will make the asset by proving Labour. My Query is whether such contract comes under supply of Labour Service and Reverse charge applicale?

What is meant by Supply of Manpower?

03 August 2015 The contractor makes the asset with his labour so it is a works contract for which reversal charge applicable on 50% value.
Manpower supply means the contractor only supply the manpower and the responsibility of work extraction and supervision rests with the company.

03 August 2015 Dear sir here the company is providing materials, not the contractor.. then also it comes under works contract?.

04 August 2015 When material is involved it is works contract who supplies the material is immaterial.
