Can anyone tell me the difference between Form 8 and Form 8(B)Tax Invoice

i) Form 8 is 'tax invoice' issued to whom input credit is required.
ii) Form 8B is 'retail invoice' for customers when input tax credit is not required.
ii) Form 8B is 'retail invoice' for customers when input tax credit is not required.
