15 April 2014 Sir,Right now i am in 2nd year of CA Articleship and i want to take transfer in 2nd year only but i don't have a better ground to take tranfer so i want to know about the Secondment of articles (Regulation 54) what is it and can i take tranfer in this clause.
Please let me know as soon as possible

16 April 2014 under secondment you are placed with another CA for a maxium period of one year (industrial training is also included within this one year. Regulation 54 applies.

16 April 2014 well refer regulation 56. it provides for reasons allowed for transfer after 1st year.

21 April 2014 Sir,
as my father health is not proper and i have to go to my home town for care for my parents
so is is a valid reason & what are doucuments required to submit to ICAI for this reason ?

21 April 2014 as such this ground is not covered under the explicitly provided grounds in the regulation. However, your principal can still send request to ICAI along with medical proofs. It shall be at discretion of ICAI to permit such transfer.

The principal has to sent aur firstly I have to take noc from my principal and then I have to give a letter to ICAI asking for permission ?
