Joint home loan

13 November 2013 Hi,

I along with my wife are planning to take a joint home loan. Can we have the ratio of loan as 80/20 for the FY 2013-14 & then change it to 60/40 from FY 2014-15 onwards.

Also do we need to have an affidavit for the sharing of the loan in the desired proportion.
