Sir/Madam,
I want to ask that where the shares of existing auhorised share capital is fully alloted and after filing form 5 for increase in authorised share capital can we immediately fill form 2 for further share allotment in a pvt. ltd. company?
If no technically what problem will come in our way??? Plese reply!!!!

You can file form 2 only after the approval of your form 5 by ROC incorporating the increase in your authorised share capital.

YES.
You can make the allotment immediately after the approval of shareholders in the GM towards increase i authorised capital.
Approval given by ROC for form 5 will be applicable from the date of GM.
However i would advise you to file form 2 after approval of form 5.
